Damian Alexander Dubel Celebrates DNZ, 2025 Dubel Prize Finalist

The Dubel Prize reached a milestone this season with its eighth exhibition of the year, honoring the eighth finalist out of nine for the 2025 award. Founder Damian Alexander Dubel joined guests in Covent Garden to celebrate DNZ, a London-based stencil street artist whose work continues to redefine the boundaries of contemporary art.

A Voice of Mystery and Impact

Known for his anonymity and striking use of stencil techniques, DNZ has captivated audiences in both public and gallery spaces. His murals and canvases, celebrated across the UK and US, challenge viewers to see familiar spaces in new ways.

The Exhibition at The Stables

The evening unfolded at The Stables in Covent Garden, chosen for its blend of intimacy and character. More than 200 guests enjoyed cocktails, live music, and a chance to connect before the programme began. The event featured remarks from Centrepoint, this year’s charity partner, followed by DNZ himself—who maintained his trademark discretion while offering words of gratitude and vision.

Damian Alexander Dubel’s Ongoing Mission

As the eighth of nine finalist exhibitions this year, the event also highlighted the vision of Damian Alexander Dubel, who founded the Prize to spotlight originality, diversity, and innovation in the arts. His presence at the exhibition underscored the Prize’s commitment to not just showcasing artists, but also fostering a community where creativity and dialogue thrive.

Looking Ahead to the Finalist Series

With only one finalist exhibition left this year, anticipation is building toward the culmination of the 2025 Dubel Prize. DNZ’s recognition as the eighth finalist solidifies his place among the most compelling voices in contemporary art, and his work continues to inspire both street-level audiences and collectors alike.
